Package fee including the 2,5 days conference, documentation, cold drinks, coffee break, lunches, dinners and Golf Competition. Please complete the enclosed Registration Form and return it to CAF. Use one form for each conference delegate. You will receive confirmation of registration upon receipt by CAF of the conference registration form and payment of the registration fee. If payment is not received before the start of the conference, participants will be asked to pay on site or provide proof of payment (copy of bank transfer order).

Cancellations/Transfers
Cancellations to be made in writing. Before the 1st October 2007, the registration fee will be refunded (minus a 100 € / USD administration fee). As from 1st October 2007, fees will not be refunded. Your registration may be transferred to another person at no charge, subject to written notification to CAF prior the conference.
